We are over the moon with our new build thanks to the team at Archi Build.

The end result and workmanship is honestly second to none... Everything was completed on time, to a very high standard and within the agreed budget, even with the challenge of a lockdown in the middle of the build process. Having Kelly's expert interior design knowledge was an added bonus. We honestly couldn't recommend Archi Build more highly.

We engaged Archi Build to build stage one of our family home in Central Otago last year.

Right from the first meeting we had with Tom we knew we were in good hands. He was really thorough and took the time to listen to us and our dream vision. Throughout the process we were so impressed with both Tom and his team. They were so accommodating to any small changes and made us feel we could speak up. Our home is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is stunning. We love living here and are so grateful that we had an amazing experience with our builders to complete this first stage. We always recommend people to use Archi Build due to our wonderful experience. We would not hesitate getting them to build the next stage of our forever home.

This was our first experience with building, and looking back, we feel very fortunate to have had Tom and his team alongside us for the journey.

Building an architectural home with so many bespoke features and details was never going to be the most straightforward project, but Tom and his team really pulled it off. There were a lot of different elements to bring together, and we were incredibly impressed with their ability to understand the design, work through the complexities and deliver what was a very unique home. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship throughout the build was something we really appreciated.

Like any building project, there were a couple of challenges along the way. I'm a firm believer that it's not whether you have challenges, but how you handle them that really sets people apart. I can honestly say that Tom and his team did the right thing by us. They listened, worked through the issues with us and genuinely cared about getting things resolved properly.

The quality of the workmanship was something we were particularly impressed with, and it was clear that Tom takes great pride in what he does and has a fantastic team around him. Everyone was professional, respectful and committed to achieving a high standard.

For our first experience building, we couldn't have asked for a better team. We absolutely love our home and are incredibly grateful to Tom and the Archi Build team for helping bring our vision to life.

We first engaged Archi Build to do an unconventional development build at our place of business in 2018...

When it came to our new home build last year, it was a no brainer, Archi Build was the only option for us. The team Tom assigned to our build were of the highest calibre, they were reliable, communicative and had an incredible eye for detail. We engaged the Archi Build team to complete a comprehensive redevelopment of an old industrial space into a welcoming modern eatery and bar.

Right from the start of the project Tom and the team were excellent to deal with. Engaged early on in the design process there was always a focus on detailed planning and practical solutions. Working with the Archi Build team enabled us to be predominantly hands off throughout the project as were able to relax in the knowledge that the job was in the right hands to be delivered on time, in budget and to exacting detail.

We continue to engage the Archi Build team on other projects we have underway and would have no hesitation in recommending them to prospective future clients.

Working with Tom and his team on our Wānaka project was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

From the very first meeting, everything was well considered and thoroughly planned. I remember Tom asking when I wanted the project completed. I optimistically said, “before Christmas”. Not only did he meet that expectation, he had us finished in early December.

Nothing was ever a problem. Tom has an exceptional ability to identify better ways of doing things, offer practical solutions, and, most importantly, execute them to a very high standard. His communication was excellent throughout, and the quality of workmanship speaks for itself.

Having started my career as a builder and now spending many years as a commercial and residential property developer, I've worked with countless builders and contractors.
