If we exceed the agreed contract budget due to an error within our control, we absorb the cost. Variations only proceed with clear client approval and transparent cost tracking throughout.

Built to the Highest Standard.
All work is completed in accordance with our internal quality control systems, architectural documentation, and New Zealand building standards. Any workmanship issue during the defects period will be promptly rectified.

Support Beyond Handover.
Practical completion is not achieved until your home is fully finished, compliant, and ready to enjoy. Following handover, we remain available to address defects and maintenance queries as part of our ongoing commitment
